🌙 once a month, during the new moon, we meet online for 60ish minutes and do the thing women have been doing since forever... gather, breathe, share, laugh, sometimes cry.
you'll be guided through an embodiment practice, a monthly theme, a bit of journaling and a sharing circle where you can let it all out or just sip your tea and listen.
each gathering is part body literacy, part me-time, part sisterhood. it's a moment to let go of shame, performance and expectations. ꨄ
